Savvy Group of Companies is the brain-child of three classmates from an engineering college, Jaxay Shah, Sameer Sinha and Jigish Shah (Managing Directors) who had a dream to change the landscape of Ahmedabad.

After graduating from L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad all three gained valuable experience working in brick and mortar construction companies in India and abroad, before returning home to set up ‘Savvy’ in 1996.

The Savvy Group of Companies was conceived as a professional construction group to satisfy the needs of the discerning customer interested in prime commercial or residential space. Within a decade, Savvy established a strong foothold and reliable reputation in the densely saturated construction market of Ahmedabad.

Types of Project

Savvy Group of Companies develops all types of commercial as well as residential (apartments and bungalows), recreational, hospitality constructions and have been at the forefront in developing one of the finest golf and country club townships in Gujarat.

Savvy group is also developing one of the most exciting Vibrant Gujarat project, "Kensville", the only 18 Hole Par 72 Jeev Milkha Singh Signature Golf Course and Golf Township. Spread over 700 acres, Kensville has under its expanse – exclusive residential and weekend homes and world class facilities for sports and recreation.

Savvy are coming up with another very ambitious commercial project, Shapath V which includes multiplex, shopping mall, business-tech park, with commercial and other recreational uses. Land has been acquired and statutory approvals are under process to commence the work on ground shortly.

On residential front, Savvy’s next venture is Sanskar - 2 following staggering success of Sanskar - 1, in one of the posh areas of Ahmedabad - Satellite.

The company has among its objectives, the promotion and growth of the national economy through increased productivity, effective utilization of material and manpower resources and continued application of modern scientific and management techniques in keeping with the national aspirations. Savvy is mindful of its social and moral responsibilities to the consumers, employees, shareholders, society and local community. With this objective in focus, we have been able to do the First ever European Golf tour at Kensville and have Supported GOG in setting up an iCreate incubation center in 35 acre land.

The directors have been active members or office bearers of various associations and Bodies like:

Savvy runs blood donation campaign, Schools for children of workers at sites, free education and medical facilities for needy and contributes wherever they can in various other social causes.
